Llandudno and Connah’s Quay Nomads have both landed home draws in the last 16 of the Genero Adran Trophy, while there are long away trips for Wrexham and Flint Town United.
Nomads and Flint finished top of their respective qualifying groups, with Tudno and Llanfair United progressing through securing runners-up spots.
As an Adran Premier club, Wrexham enter the competition for the first time.
In the final 16, Connah’s Quay Nomads will host holders Cardiff City, while Llandudno welcome Aberystwyth Town to the Go Goodwins Stadium.
Flint, newly-promoted to tier 2 Genero Adran North this term, journey to Barry Town United, who have begun their latest tier 1 campaign well, while Wrexham are away to Cwmbran Celtic.
Matches will be played on Sunday, November 10.
