Flint Town United will mark their return to the Cymru Premier League with a home game against Cardiff Met on Saturday, August 10.
Runners-up in the JD Cymru North last season, the Silkmen were promoted as Tier 2 northern champions Holywell Town were not eligible to go up.
Lee Fowler’s side were last in the top-flight in 2022-23.
Meanwhile, Euro first-timers Caernarfon Town face the toughest start possible as they visit record 16-time champions The New Saints.
The Canaries lost 7-1 on their last league visit to Park Hall in April.
The phase one fixtures for the 2024/25 JD Cymru Premier season was published today.
The campaign kicks off on Friday 9 August after top-flight sides begin their seasons in the Nathaniel MG Cup second round the previous weekend.
The opening night sees a mid-Wales battle between Newtown and Aberystwyth Town – the two ever-presents in the JD Cymru Premier since its formation – at Latham Park.
There are two matches on Saturday afternoon, as European qualifiers Bala Town travel to Barry Town United and Flint host Met.
Last season’s runners-up and JD Welsh Cup winners Connah’s Quay Nomads begin with a home game against Haverfordwest County on Sunday afternoon, the same time as newly-promoted Briton Ferry Llansawel entertain Penybont.
The opening weekend is concluded by a third fixture on Sunday afternoon, when reigning champions The New Saints welcome Caernarfon.
