Llyr Evans finished up top scorer for the team with six league goals.
As for the first team, they made it eight straight wins and could yet finish third following a 2-1 victory at Glantraeth, Josh Piper and Tomi Evans with the goals.
In their final game, Nefyn will visit CPD Pentraeth on Wednesday, where a point will be sufficient to seal third spot.
And there was also good news for Nefyn United Under-15s as they beat local rivals Pwllheli 2-1 in Saturday’s derby.
