A totally dominant performance saw Premier Division leaders Phoenix do the league double over their neighbours.
Jamie Jones opened the scoring in the sixth minute when the winger found himself on the end of a delightful pass from Lee Stokes and finished calmly against the home team keeper.
Pen were unlucky not to double the lead when club chairman Peter Williams lobbed the keeper from the edge of the box, but the ball was cleared off the line by a Llanfairfechan defender.
