Colwyn Bay 1 Llandudno 1

With the title in the bag there was a party atmosphere as Colwyn Bay were crowned champions in front of 1,115 at the Four Crosses Construction Arena.

Julian Williams edged the visitors ahead on 20 minutes before Craig Lindfield lashed in the equaliser after 42.

Gresford Athletic 3 Penrhyncoch 2

A nice win to end the season for Gresford with Dominic Deacon, Alex Buxton and Steffan Gittins supplying the goals, Jamie Jones and Geoff Kellaway replying for relegated Penrhyncoch.

Holyhead Hotspur 0 Holywell Town 6

David Forbes rounded off a magnificent league campaign with another hat-trick which meant he finished joint top-scorer in the Cymru North with 22 goals.

The Wellmen, who finish runners-up in the tier 2 league for a second time in their history, added further goals through Aidan Farren, Brady McGilloway and Danny Sullivan.

Mold Alexandra 0 Guilsfield 1

Iwan Matthews notched the only goal on 50 minutes for a Guilsfield outfit which finished up an impressive fourth.

Porthmadog 3 Llanidloes Town 0

A pleasant tonic for Porthmadog ahead of this weekend’s Welsh Blood Service Cymru North League Cup final against Colwyn Bay.

Meilir Williams, Nathan Williams and Marcus Banks bagged the goals which saw off Llanidloes.

Prestatyn Town 8 Cefn Druids 0

Dan Atkins netted four times for a Prestatyn side which easily swept aside a Druids team comprising an embarrassing nine players.

Atkins’ quadruple means he finishes joint leading scorer in the league on 22 alongside Forbes of Holywell.

Tom Hilditch added a pair, Peter Silcock and Jack Gibney also on target.

Ruthin Town 4 Conwy Borough 0

A fifth-place finish for an impressive Ruthin side whose four-goal triumph ensured Conwy are relegated along with Holyhead Hotspur and Penrhyncoch.

Gwion Owen (pen), Sam Jones and Llyr Morris (2) delivered the second-half goals which ended the Tangerines’ season on a miserable note.

Chirk AAA 2 Buckley Town 2

Chirk will remain in the Cymru North next season after getting the point required to stay up.

The Colliers fought back from 2-0 down to get a draw against Buckley.

Owen Jones and Ruben Lima Teixeira struck first for Town, but Josh Phillips and Phil Pearce hit back for the AAA’s.
