Welcome back to the North Wales Women’s Cricket League!

Bethesda were the inaugural North Wales Women’s Cricket League champions in 2021

This weekend sees the start of the second North Wales Women’s Cricket League season.

Sunday’s action will all be at Smithy Lane, Northop Hall, with three matches set to go ahead.

Hosts Hall will host Llandudno at 11 am; Llandudno and Conwy meet at 1 pm and then 3 pm is the start time for Northop Hall v Conwy Celts.

This season’s teams competing are the same as 2021, namely:
Bethesda
Carmel & District
Colwyn Bay
Conwy
Dolgellau
Llandudno
Northop
Northop Hall

Last year’s inaugural champions were Bethesda, who went unbeaten throughout the campaign – 11 wins and three cancellations.

Colwyn Bay, second last time out, should be strong again, as well as Dolgellau, third last year and a team with plenty of talent.
