Marc Evans still holds handy lead in Bob Brodie Trophy

It was an unusually quiet weekend at the Bob Brodie Trophy table summit with none of the top three finding the net.

In fairness, though, only two of the trio actually played and although he didn’t make the scoresheet for once, leading hitman Marc Evans of Bodedern Athletic did provide an assist in his team’s crucial 2-1 win over Penrhyndeudraeth.

Cemaes Bay’s Matty Reynolds nudged up to joint fourth on 17 goals after bagging a brace in his team’s 4-1 success at Llanystumdwy.
