Llanfairpwll produced a magnificent comeback from two goals down to beat Bethesda 3-2 at Maes Eilian in North Wales Coast West Division One on Thursday night.

Previously without a point, the hosts got their season up and running with a cracking result.

Mike Lundstram put the visitors ahead on 35 minutes and when Kyle Hartleb doubled the advantage just before the hour, it looked like a Pesda win was assured.

But a superb free kick from Marquis Holland gave Pwll hope, then not long after Jay Finter made it all square.

Deep into injury time, Josh Roberts delivered the decider for a jubilant Llanfairpwll.

Louis Chapman grabbed all four goals as Caergybi saw off Mountain Rangers 4-1, the visitors having struck first through Cai Jones.

Adam Lloyd and Joshua Williams bagged the goals which sealed Waunfawr a 2-1 result at Bodorgan, Geraint Jones having levelled in the first half for the Anglesey villagers.

A superb Glyn Hughes-Jones header earned Talysarn Celts a 1-0 verdict over Bontnewydd.
