Aidan Kelly finished 116 not out as Bangor thirds compiled a mammoth score at Ty Newydd.
Peter Jones added 66 as the hosts posted 270-3 off 38 overs, Harry Spillane with 2-22 from six for the visitors.
In reply, the Bay finished 34 short on 236-7, Matt Russell with an impressive 102, Nick Bould (41) and Spillane 34.
Kelly completed a great match for Bangor with 4-30 off seven overs.
Ieuan Jones (47 not out) and Cameron Ackroyd (35) were Carmel’s top contributors in a total of 145-6 off 40 overs,
Morgan Roberts 2-22 and Zachary Sardar 2-23 for the hosts.
Mochdre hit back with a winning 149-2 off 25.5, Owen Davies 65 not out and Jon Davies 35 no.

William Norman scored 121 not out as Bucks registered a big win over the Quay at Lane End.
Opener Norman recorded his maiden century and highest score after the hosts were put in by the Deesiders.
Fellow opening bat Jack Whitley notched 61.
The Quay were dismissed for 56, Joe Hogg 4-7 off seven, Oliver Fellows 2-8 and Joshua Murray 2-17.
Victory by 144 runs for Hall after they set 273-8, skipper Dave Sigsworth retired not out 63, Joshua Leach 52 and Tom Hellen 46, Connor Hughes 2-9 for the visitors.
Mold were all out for 129, league top run scorer Ewan Hill with 48, Thomas Cottle 3-14 and Nathan Hicks 3-19 for the Hall.
