Reports

Penyffordd Lions were emphatic 6-1 winners at Coedpoeth Reserves.

Sammy Bakewell and Jay Jones scored two apiece for the Lions, Marcus Davies and an own goal making up the six.

There were some really impressive individual performances from young Lions making their debuts.

Tom Douglas bagged a hat-trick as Rhostyllen saw off Castell Alun 6-0.

Cameron Thomas, Joe Garner and Will Nevitt added singles.

Jack Goulbourn and Ollie Bentley were on target for a Llangollen Town side that drew 2-2 away to a Llanfyllin outfit they beat 5-1 at home recently.

Llangollen Town Reserves lost 4-1 to Lex XI Under-19’s. Jonathon Davies was the sole marksman for the beaten side.

Jack Radford and George Steele were on the mark for CPD Sychdyn in a 2-0 victory against Mynydd Isa Spartans Reserves, Nathan Bowker producing a tremendous penalty save.
