Colwyn Bay skipper Sion Morris cannot stress enough the importance of his team getting a win over the only team below them in the Premier League on Saturday.
Bay are next to bottom, 31 points adrift of safety with just one win to their credit this term, while Lytham have 19 points less and have yet to record a single victory in their campaign.
The teams drew at the start of the season.
“It’s a huge game for us playing the only team below us,” said Morris. “This is simply a must win with our precarious league position.
“It was hugely disappointing not to get the win last weekend (Bay were seven runs short of victory at Formby).
“We should have got over the line, but when you get in a rut like we’ve been it gets even harder to edge out victories. Hopefully that will change this weekend.”
All-rounder Will Higginson will be absent for Bay, so Mikey Littler comes in.
Hall will be all out to return to winning ways after last weekend’s narrow loss at Newton-le-Willows.
Wicket keeper Ben Slater returns in place of Matthew Dunning, who drops down to the seconds.
Director of Cricket Dave Kennedy said: “Last time out was a really frustrating one. We need to bounce back against Old Xavs, who we lost to on the opening day.
“Our side has come a long way since then, so it’ll be good to compare and see just how far we’ve come.”
Matthew and Ryan Dunning return to the side, while Caleb Dyke drops down into the seconds following his one-game stint in the firsts last weekend.
