Brickfield Rangers say ‘thanks a million’ for lucrative new sponsorship deal

Brickfield Rangers have secured a cracking sponsorship deal with soccermillion.com

Wrexham football club Brickfield Rangers are celebrating a brand new sponsorship package with internet-based organisation Soccer Million.

Soccer Million are a UK marketing organisation supporting grassroots football and aiming to raise £1,000,000 to award to a non-league club.

Brickfield’s sporting director Andrew Ruscoe, who was instrumental in securing this sponsorship package, said: “Brickfield Rangers are excited to be entering into a new partnership with the fantastic community-minded Soccer Million.

“The opportunity to develop our existing facilities and services with the support of Soccer Million is a huge step forward for us as a multi-sport club which will hopefully grow our youth legacy in the town of Wrexham.

“Soccer Million and Brickfield Rangers share a high level of expectation and optimism for the future and we look forward to be working together.”

A Soccer Million representative commented: “For several years we’ve been very impressed with Brickfield’s work in the Wrexham community and their development of the club to FA Wales Gold Standard.

“As a local business with a decent knowledge of Welsh football, we want to help them develop the club and maintain and expand their excellent community programmes.

“We look forward to working with Paul Hooson and Andrew Ruscoe and achieving success on and off the pitch.”

Rangers chairman Paul Hooson commented “From the first day Brickfield Rangers was formed by a band of enthusiastic parents in 1976, one of its key objectives has been to get all community groups involved in the beautiful game and with this new amazing sponsorship deal we can now enable more young people to access our club’s provisions and aim to challenge for the Welsh National League Premier Division title.”

Brickfield play in the Welsh National League (Wrexham area) Premier Division, but have ambitions to operate at a higher level.

Last season finished in disappointment as despite qualifying criteria-wise to elevate to the former Huws Gray Alliance, now known as Championship North. the club’s final placing in the Premier was not high enough.

However, with this new sponsorship deal behind them and fresh incentive to do well in 2019-20, the future looks much brighter for a club known throughout Wales for winning numerous community awards, local, regional and national.
